There was some interest in him but when we hired Morris Fleck was coming off a 5-7 year at Minnesota (his first one there).

Obviously Fleck has proven he can build a program. The only concern would be that he's a Midwest guy. He's from the Midwest. He played ball in the Midwest. Other than a 1 year stop at Tampa Bay he's spent his entire coaching career in the Midwest.
