Petty criminals aren't thugs
Thieves aren't thugs
Con men aren't thugs
People that steal cars aren't thugs
Murder, armed robbery, rape, assault, all those folks ARE considered thugs because of the violence involved

But thanks for the vocabulary lesson PJ. Maybe it might be a good idea to head back to the 404 and grab some Waffle House grub. It’s gonna be a very long year for you and you are going to need your strength. Just watching the sideline dancing juicers has to be exhausting. That’s quite a coach you have. Lol

since we are getting all urban up in here....
A thug is typically referred to a male or female who commits crimes for personal gain through stealing, selling drugs, but especially violent crimes such as robbery and assault. A wild pack of thugs looted the QuickTrip.
so, by that definition I would say a thug could be lots of things. Not just violent. But threatening violence on a police officer definitely peaks my interest as believing he/she is a thug.
It has not a fricking thing to do with color, race, sexual orientation but everything to do with humanity.
If a person of any color, race, sexual orientation comes into my house to steal, pillage, threaten me or my family I will blow that thug, those thugs away in a fricking heartbeat.
Now, carry on with the defining declaration of this generation! WPS!

Come on man...Snoop Dog and Tupac laid this out in the 90’s. You not down with the thug life. It’s a culcha.
If you require closed caption when using your native language you might be a thug.

Uh, someone who intentionally deceives another for their benefit (i.e. Con men) and someone who steals cars, those folks are absolutely thugs.
