One State, but it is ONE big state. California has 40 million people, 4 Pac 12 teams, one of them a Brand name in football (USC) and one a brand name blue blood in basketball (UCLA). California alone has enough House members to shake this up in the U.S. Congress. It would not shock me if Oregon and Washington follow suite. New York soon after. Someone said Colorado has already started doing something similar.
