IF UK wins, does UK finally get respect from UF fans or do they blame it on a fluke or a down year for UF?

UK can win the east and never get any respect from non-UK fan bases. I believe some UK fans are taking the hype a little to far on this board, but Stoops and his staff deserve national respect for the changes he has implemented at UK.

I mean, i think given the history, and that UK has only won 2 times since 1980, they are getting a decent amount of respect from Florida fans I have talked with.

It's pretty hard to be respected by a team that routinely DESTROYS you.

Series history

In the last decade, even with the close games the last few years, the average margin of UF victory since 2010 is 33 - 14.6...

So yeah, it's going to take a few more wins before UK is getting respected the same as LSU, UGA, Auburn, etc.

But I mean, the line is like UF -8 right now i think, and I don't think anyone would be surprised if a solid UK squad covered that or won SU.

Idk we’ve had years where we swept you 3-0 in basketball, we’re your biggest competition there and you still don’t respect us like you should. So probably not.
