UT ticket office competence and customer service ended on October 26, 2018.
The lady who handled matters such as this and was the supervisor at Gate 21 for many years passed away unexpectedly on that date. She had been at UT 30 years. 20 of that in the Athletic Dept.
Not only was she an awesome women and an even better friend. She was the heart and soul of the ticket office.
Your parents would have gotten back in the game, and first thing Monday morning she would have investigated, and found a resolution.
Her replacement will not even return a phone call. After 10 messages left. You might get a student intern to call back. You will then get empty promises. No real results, or even the things they promised would be handled.
