It is simple:
Auburn to East
Mizzou to West
Better cross-division permanents:
Auburn vs Bama
Georgia vs LSU
Florida vs Texas A&M
Tennessee vs Arkansas
S Carolina vs Miss State
Kentucky vs Mizzou
Vandy vs Ole Miss
Add 9th SEC game (and ban FCS opponents) so teams play rotating cross-division teams more often -- only 2-year break between rotating back on schedules for home & home. With that faster rotation, Bama vs Tennessee will occur in 50% of their seasons. Every SEC player will play against every cross-division team at least once.
