My problem is I can’t get strong enough WiFi for all that stuff. I tried cutting cord briefly and it was a disaster with all the screen freezes and signal losses and whatnots.

You're going to need some strong internet for all that. My wifi currently runs at 75 mbps on average and I can stream just fine

Here is the hustle. When I told Cox I was dropping them, they tried everything to keep me.
Ended up getting a new modem and a home security setup all for the same internet price
I have a app on my phone with a camera of the house for dropping them
