VOLS add Maryland transfer Kasim Hill and 3* safety Mordecai Mcdaniel

Havent seen anything posted. Hill will have to sit out a year for the transfer. Mcdaniel had some great offers for a 3*. Looks like a solid pickup.

Hill came from St. John's College HS.. same school McDaniel and Rakim Jarrett play for.

Getting him to walk on is pretty fricking great for us. We’re taking the whole state of Maryland for Jarrett lol

Didn’t know Kasim Hill was transferring. Good get. That kid is pretty dynamic with the ball.

Which is odd because he is/was apparently looking to play in a pro style instead

I think D'Andre Baker was a 3* out of high school. Stars don't always tell the story.

Coaches kept this one close to the vest. We didn't hear a peep about it until yesterday when someone found his name in the student directory and started asking beat reporters if it was the same Kasim Hill. He practiced today with them still speculating (strongly given that the mystery QB was the same height and build and had the name Hill taped to the back of his helmet).
