It is critical. Team moral and a feeling of caring for his players. Other teams do it as well.

I dont care what the numbers are. If you earned it for years, it should be awarded. I would rather them have it than a bunch of 4 stars sitting around who are never going to play and just be poison in the locker room to eventually transfer.
