Florida fans will choose Franks but lets look at a couple of things.
When LSU played Florida LSU was using it's 6th different starting lineup on the o line because of injuries. Franks played behind an established uninjured o line vs LSU. This season Franks will play behind a mostly new o line and Burrow will play behind a veteran o line.
Remember how late Burrow arrived at LSU. Franks has been at Florida since his frosh year. Burrow had very little time to workout with the wr's. Franks had been around his wr's for a considerably longer period of time. LSU had one of the worst drop rates in college football.
This season will be a more accurate barometer of who is better. I'll take Joe. Especially with an updated offense.

You may some good points about your O line, but also leave open things like Franks has been at UF for a few years already, but it was his first with Mullen when he beat LSU.
You talk about injuries to your o line, but UF has some significant injuries to the defensive backfield that would’ve helped Burrows.
He did throw some dynamite balls that LSU’s WRs dropped at the end of the game though.
