No, the childish bullshite the longhorns pulled made our decision guilt-free. It was the reason we were able to walk away and not gave not one single frick about traditional affiliations or alleged rivalries. That gave us no regrets about taking the benefits of the SEC and letting tradition go frick itself.

Correct. You already wanted to bolt "for the benefits of the SEC", but needed an excuse to assuage yourselves of guilt. Same with Mizzery and Colorado.
