Yeah, he's done a great job. And he's the real kind of rich - his brother is the one that's getting the gulch development going. I think you're going to see a live/work/play situation going on down there, so, adding 44 new events to his beautiful arena project isn't a terrible idea. Plus, I think the NHL is going to need a team in ATL when they re-negotiate their TV contract.

Once you realize the movie, "The Waterboy," is almost a mock-umentary, it makes more sense. Again - never in my life have I heard of someone move from ATL to NOLA for a better job or opportunity. It's not exactly a place anyone not from there wants to be for more than 72 hours. Let them wear their Mr. T collection.
