Him and Glen Dorsey. Dorsey essentially swept every possible award that a defensive lineman is eligible for.
Neither started as a freshman until late in the year, and they both left as Juniors. Otherwise they would be on this list...
Tougher competition for PP7 at CB, but I'd maintain that he is the best college corner I've ever seen outside of maybe those 2 guys that made 1st team.
