Further, I think another year or two with co-OCs would be wise and productive. A ton of an OCs duties have zero to do with football. Let E teach Brady the ropes.


I agree. Hiring someone unproven and having him trained by a guy that has been a world beater as an OC is the best possible scenario. This is a much better approach than hiring an OC that has run his own offense with success in the past.

The co-OC route would be even better. Since Ensminger is one of the best OC's in the country, why would we ever let him go? This way we would have two of the best OC's in the country on the staff simultaneously.
