Not that the question was directed at me but: Pierce is very, very good. Malik Davis was also carrying for almost 7 yards a pop as a true freshman in seven games until he was hurt. Even last year he was almost averaging 5 yards a carry and he still wasn't 100%.
They're very good. Wright may be more or less, but I've only heard of good things from camp (he scored several touchdowns his first day of fall scrimmage).

I just looked at Davis' carries. He looked pretty legit against some good competition his freshman year. What happened to him last year?
