It's fine if you're doing quickness & agility drills, cardio, proper nutrition, etc., along with weight lifting. What I don't like to see is when some of our OL and DL add bad weight (fat) that has no benefit and actually slows them down and hurts their stamina. DJ Dale has done a great job of getting rid of bad weight he had. Sopsher is one who clearly needs to do that.

Absolutely. But there's no way he put on 33 pounds in 6 months by doing all of this. He'd be more apt to weigh around 275 pounds.
