Cam Newton again took No. 1 reps and Mac Jones was solidly the No. 2, but there was a period in practice where Jones was getting a lot of attention and I don't think Newton loved it. Was standing off by himself.

Jones was picked off twice in one late period, but Hightower made a ridiculous play on one, and the other was tipped. Newton picked off in 7 on 7. Jones still won the day. His decision-making is so much quicker.

Waiting on Cam Newton for a post-practice Zoom call. We were told he was going to shower up prior to the session. Didn't look real enthusiastic during practice on Tuesday as Mac Jones took lion's share of reps. Will be interesting to hear the tenor of Cam's comments today.
