I think if a teacher wants to arm themselves they should be able to as a US Citizen BUT it would do little to stop a would be killer from conducting a mass shooting. The most recent one is a good example. The culprit was dead within a couple of minutes....and 3 people still died. 3 is better than 4, obviously, but accepting 3 isn't acceptable if one of the 3 is one of yours....
