His players literally went to off campus gyms. Other sports coaches complained to the administration about how bad the program was. We had an absurd amount of injuries, had plasyers who literally had the same bench in their freshman year as their senior

It's amazing how I hear the exact same about every big time program the fires their coach...it's ALWAYS the scape goat and no I don't believe in regards to players having the same bench numbers from their Freshman to Senior years.

You had more players drafted in '16,'17 and '18 than any other school except Bama.
Somebody must have been doing something right.

Yeah, his name was Muschamp and the vast majority of those players were on defense.

2016 NFL Draft:

Hargreaves (CB)
Neal (S)
Bullard (DE)
Morrison (LB)
McCallister (DE)

Kelvin Taylor (RB)
Robinson (WR)
McGee (TE)

5 - 3

2017 NFL Draft:

Davis (LB)
Maye (S)
Wilson (CB)
Tabor (CB)
Anzalone (LB)
Brantley (DT)
Ivie (DT)

David Sharpe (OL)

7 - 1

2018 NFL Draft:

Taven Bryan (DT)
Duke Dawson (CB)
Harris (S)
Townsend (P)

Callaway (WR)

4 - 1 (other than offense) Callaway was also removed from the team early and, ironically, entered his own regiment to prepare for the draft.

2019 NFL Draft:

Polite (DE)
CGJ (DB)
Vosean (LB)

Scarlett (RB)
Taylor (OL)

I think you guys are vastly overvaluing how much NFL talent was there that wasn't recruited by Will Muschamp.

19 - 7 defensive players drafted, the vast majority recruited by Muschamp (if not all, to be quite honest). If they were successful, it was not because of McElwain.

Because Muschamp was a great recruiter. Most of our players drafted performed sub par in college when compared to others drafted around them. We had a ton of raw talent that never really developed.

Just look at Gardner. Went from the WORST safety in the SEC to the best nickel back in one season.

Polite...average DE to one of the best pass rushers in the country.

Franks? Worst QB in the SEC to middle of the road with one of the best TD/INT ratio's in the country.

Mac was absolutely awful at developing talent. He basically wasted what Muschamp had bought in talent wise. Then didn't fill in the gaps Muschamp had left in the areas he struggled to recruit(skill positions and Oline were a big issue for Champ).

The dawg fans on this board speak to much on things they are clearly clueless about. Maybe it's because they are new to football and jumped on the bandwagon. Here, just read a little for yourself before you speak on shite like an idiot.

Third article, from Miami Herald

USA today on Florida's poor S&C coaching

I can keep going...but you should get the point that running your mouth when you clearly have no clue what you are talking about isn't a good idea.
