A couple of things: I'm not going to disagree with your premise but that was 2 yrs ago and I'm going to go out on a limb and say he's improved a little. No he's not Lock but all he has to do is be serviceable in the downfield passing to keep defenses honest.

When he lost his job last season...it was still an issue.
I do believe he'll be better than what Mizzou had coming, but I doubt he'll have a Cam Newton like effect.
