Some coaches are just better at smaller schools with lower expectations. Willie may not pan out at FSU but I believe that team will be significantly better than they were in his first season there.

The chart was accurate. See USF average recruiting ranking two years before and two years since. It's nearly identical. While Straws is full of nonsense, he didnt actually make the chart lol.
