Statute reads from the violation not the entire eligibility of the player. So 3 of the 4 years Vadal played at LSU are outside the SOL. If there are no payments in that 1 year window the issue is likely moot.

There’s also the fact that Vadal’s father was an employee of OLOL and this scheme had nothing to do with his son’s status on the team.

I know both of those go against the hopes and wants on here, but they are facts
