When DawgNation and Mike Griffith first broke this story it said minor brain surgery and my first reaction was there’s no such thing as minor brain surgery. I guess some people made the same comment I was thinking and he changed his title of the article. You don’t go to ICU for anything minor.

Supposedly for a precautionary measure. I was there for a day once as a precautionary measure after I had a kidney removed due to cancer. They said it was because of a risk of infection.
According to the article, Mathis' problem was sinus-related.
