Intentionally attempting to murder people because you arbitrarily decide "it's closing time" just as a killer awaits outside isn't natural or normal.
The bar owner intentionally, with advance knowledge that a tornado was coming, invited unsuspecting customers into his bar knowing that he was going to later try to end their lives by trickery.

Bar owner can't control what goes on outside. Sending them out to safe place is the correct thing to do. You liberals need to understand you are responsible for yourself not bar owners.
