eh, Ole Miss has a bigger Memphis fan base IMO. There are a lot of new Alabama "fans" as well. Memphis is a giant melting pot of SEC west fan bases and there are still plenty of Tiger high fans.

Really? When I was in high school it was the exact opposite. Only people I knew who went to State were the wanna-be rednecks in Collierville

I graduated with 100 people and our sister schools each had around 50. I wanna say 30+ went to Ole Miss. The next closest school was UT with probably around 15. I don't think anyone in my class went to State.

I know. It has completely reversed. Ole Miss is quickly becoming "the other school" to go to from desoto county. It's strange. Ole Miss had been the "it" school for as long as I could remember, but times are changing.
