Harper and Brown are huge losses. People trying to downplay their losses are kidding themselves. There is a slight chance Harper comes back though. Sharife Cooper would be huge if we could get him and he reclassifies.

Those 2 had elite skillsets that were sharpened over tons and tons of intense big time games. They had no fear to take the big shot and get to the rim. Harper was always the guy I looked at as the lynchpin for Auburn next year. If he came back I'm not sure they'd miss a beat. If he goes, that's basically a start over job (in terms of team identity and all that).

That's hard to replace. I'm sure Bruce will figure out some ways and the team will be different, because he's a very good coach. But it's tough to lose both your dudes.

It is more about being in a system that would allow them to excel. I am not sure either one would have been half the player they were at any other SEC School. Imagine what Sexton could have done under Bruce. Most of the elite players do not like to work at playing that type of fast Basketball because of conditioning and you are not guaranteed to get the ball on every possession. That is why Johnson was talked about at most practices this year. His time is coming.
