I'm interested to know how much advance notice a witness receives if they're issued an official subpoena. One would think at least 4 weeks notice.

At some point the defense will want to meet with their witness and run through questioning, etc. I seriously doubt Wade gets subpoenaed at all and he's likely to be hostile as hell since the defenses leaking of the taps has landed him on suspension from his employer and raised a HUGE red flag to the NCAA.

I'd bank on Wade never darkening the door of that courtroom next month. Hell, he'll likely never speak to Dawkins again in his life.
