F B Coaches get raise in pay

Also very quietly WE hired Dave Ungerer as a Speical teams quality control analyst, ok we know Andy Hill has done a poor job, and I don't think Ungerer is there for good looks, my impression is that if Hill does another bad job, early retirement kicks in.

Ungerer has a long track record with 13 teams and knows the business.
