What the FBI knows is statements made by Will Wade. 'Get you what you need' could mean anything.
Bottom Line: It's not what the FBI knows, it's what they can prove. More recent example is: Cam Newton to Auburn. Don't recall anything ever coming out of that even, though we all know Cam was going to play for the highest bidder. Knowing and proving - big difference between the two. Hell, Will Wade could claim 'I don't recall' on every question asked - now the burden of proof falls back to the accuser.
