What I've learned in the years of following shite like this is if they don't have Wade actually saying "let's get money for so and so and his family" then this is much to do about nothing. He's only being subpoenaed by the attorney's of the guy the FBI is going after. Saban has already told you he can't control what other around the program do so if Wade just chose the correct words he can say he meant scholarship monies, tutors, etc. Wade is so Saban-like in his preparation that there is zero chance he got caught outright saying anything that will hurt him.
