"Pledges" are for a period of several years.
It has not been "captured" in cash.
$75 million of the project is being funded by a forced student fee over 20 years.
Many millions more come from a long-term hotel tax.
The stadium is FUNDED. It is not PAID FOR, which implies "paid off."

Sarge is slightly better than Col Major aggy because I don't think Old Sarge believes it.

The capital campaign only extended five years with over 90% of all pledges/donations being brought in in years one through three the remaining were all captured within that five year window There are no outstanding pledges or donations all 400 million has been brought in. You continue to prove yourself a dumbass
