Rustled? I'm excited.
"Absence makes the heart grow fonder", or so they say. I still remember well the excitement of Walker, separated shoulder and all, pounding Notre Dame into the turf in New Orleans but, that excitement has long since abated.
Keep reminding us. It's rapidly becoming a mantra:
"1980...1980...1980..."
We are feeling it, remembering it, becoming turbo charged by the regenerated excitement. Perhaps Kirby will place a placard above the locker room exit consisting of only four numbers:
"1980"
Own that shite. frick Dooly...frick Goff...frick Donnan...frick Richt, the simple minded piece of shite that he is.

Notre Dame comes south again this year.
