Cant speak for all Georgia fans because I'm not all Georgia fans, but it's only Tennessee tRanters that retain my attention with all of the 1980 stuff.

All other SEC fans, whatever.

A REAL Tennessee fan wouldn't be out of their message board hole and would still be laying low.

Drawing attention and actually bragging about 1998 is just unusual and "special" and odd. Still comfortably numb 21 years later. So easily placated and such low expectations..

Instead however this place has become inundated with shite-talking Tennessee people. Two or three months ago not so much. Football has been so deflating for so long that they've become numb and apathetic and hopeless to the point that they welcome and COVET becoming a basketball school.

I grew up as a Dawg fan in the 90s. Tennessee was the one team that we could never beat. To go from THAT to losing 5-out-of-7 to Vandy and not even PLAYING in the SECCG in 12 seasons, and still being placated and generally content, all because the basketball team is good, is pretty frigging hilarious and intriguing.
