Uhhhh... no.
The Dolphins medical staff wouldn't clear Brees and killed the move. It's been pretty well reported that Saban wanted Brees in a bad way. Culpepper was who he could get that could clear the medical staff.
The fact that now someone still is blabbing about Culpepper is our "daily reminder" that some people here just don't do football very well.
