No doubt "The Hit" was epic.

But, the whole story around Sirr Parker overcoming all sorts of life shite, and having a tough college career where he had to be selfless for the team, all while raising his younger brother, made his final play in maroon and white worthy of legend. That play also won the conference championship over #2 K-State, so there's that.

If I had my way, Sirr Parker would get a statue next to E. King Gill outside Kyle. Who better represents the Spirit of Aggieland than a guy who raised himself by his bootstraps (while carrying his little brother) to overcome an impossible situation and become a champion.

That one play didn't just give Sirr a Big 12 championship win. It sealed his hard-fought and well-deserved victory over some serious life hardships that would defeat 99.99% of others in the same situation.

It was a life-winning play.

That's why they showed it at the end of his movie, They Call Me Sirr.

EDIT: I just can't believe some people are such haters that they down voted my first post about Sirr. What losers.
