They did a better job of keeping him out of pass coverage this year. He's a run stopping tackle machine for sure.

Big difference in making a hook drop on the flat as opposed to getting vertical on the seam or carrying a crossing route. He can do the latter as part of keeping the the defense honest, but he is a definitely a downhill defender.
