So Alabama gets to skip a game but not Notre Dame? Or do the requirements change based on your own subjective opinion? If only they had like a group of people that would weigh the resumes of all the teams. Maybe like a committee or something...

Alabama doesn't get to skip a game and get in if there is a team with a better season when only taking the number of games Alabama played
