Who will be the starting QB in 2019?

I believe it will be Shrader. He committed to State then flipped to State when Moorhead got the job. He is enrolled and got practices under his belt.

Not sure about 19 but I feel like he will be in 20 for sure. I think him early enrolling helps and I think he can win it. It will be a great competition this year with KT, JM, and GS

I keep seeing this on various State message boards and do not get it. No one has seen enough of Shrader to make that judgement.
Starting as a true freshman in the SEC is extremely hard. Evaluating a QB out of hs is even harder. Shea Patterson was the #1 ranked QB coming out of hs, and he’s been a very average college QB.
Shrader did not play in a very competitive league in North Carolina.
