I highly doubt they'll go back and retroactively give him a redshirt and that he may have to sit for a year. However, the problem isn't at receiver (theoretically) next year, it's in the 2021 season for us since Trevon came back.

Grimes coming back is so, so massive. He is a more true number 1 receiver than Copeland for sure.

Henderson or Frazier will likely see a lot of play time next year.

I'm not really sold on Wells all that much. Just seeing his practice clips I never got the feel he was great.

However; if we move Pitts to slot we can have Copeland, Grimes, Pitts, and Zipperer on the field all at once. Match up night mares.
