Right now, i will agree with OPs top 2 (Julio and AJ). Julio clearly is best. AJ might not be 2nd, but he has a couple more years in the league with high production rates, so I will leave him there for now.
I will give OBJ the slight edge over Evans. Mainly because the Giants have been somewhat contending in the shitty NFC east, while the Bucs have essentially been playing garbage time football since Evans was drafted.
