My HS coach was a little firey Coonass that didn't take any shite and expected excellence. Wasn't overly mean, but demanded hard work to meet the goal. We met it when we beat John Curtis in the dome for the title.
We had many good assistants that I still talk to and admire, but Doug Moreau will always be the GOAT to me.

Kids are too soft today to take the kind of coaching we endured.
