I’m fine with UGA being left out - we had 2 losses so that’s on the team. Begging to get in when you could’ve handled business better is ridiculous. We are not in because we don’t deserve to be.

I do think UGA is, qualitatively, one of the four or five best teams in the country.

Disagree, but that's fine. We hear it all the time. I think more schools should go independent.

I know they can’t control their strength of schedule, but it was bad this year - but no one wants to talk about that.

As of today, Sagarin's SoS (after the SEC title game):

Alabama - 44
Clemson - 48
Notre Dame - 42
Oklahoma - 31

Georgia's was 6, for the record. Very good. OSU was 40.

It wasn't great, but it wasn't nearly as bad as people might think it was. We still played (and beat) 3 top 25 teams and played some more in the 25 to 40 range. We have the same # of top 25 wins as UGA, OSU, and Oklahoma. We have one more than Clemson (who only has 2 and hasn't received nearly enough shite for how bad their schedule was).

Next year, we play @UGA, @Michigan, @Stanford, and @Louisville. We have USC, Virginia Tech, Boston College, and Duke at home. We played 6 top 25 teams last year during the regular season. We won't and shouldn't apologize for our schedule.

Yes they’re undefeated, but can you really say that the team that struggled against bad teams has a chance against Clemson?

I am a little gun shy about any predictions after 2012, but why not? With the exception of Pitt, our struggles were all in the first few weeks of the year and were before we made the QB switch. It's not like we struggled and back door covered all year, either. We rolled almost everyone we played in the last two months. We also kicked Michigan's arse, and that game wasn't as close as the score indicated, and we beat them with a back up QB and RB.

With some caveats, Clemson also struggled against Syracuse at home (whom we blasted) and against a decent A&M team - so, against both ranked teams they played. We took them to the brink at their place just a couple of years ago. They aren't invincible.

Again, teams shouldn’t be allowed to get in on history and prestige

We've absolutely earned our position this year. We are 3rd in just about every computer and in Massey composite. We are 3rd in the old BCS system. Our resume stacks up fine against the teams behind us. We have NFL talent all over the roster. I think people might be surprised by how solid we look, especially on defense, but I've been proven wrong before.
