I think the culture here needed to be changed, honestly. probably some of the assistants were too comfortable. (Just a guess) Pruitt didn't like that, which is understandable, but he couldn't work with them. He wanted to straighten stuff out on his own....maybe because he didn't trust Richt to do it? (Another guess) but he definitely did get into a lot of trouble and started a lot of trouble whatever the reasons.

That is in no way blaming Pruitt. It is just a matter of strong personalities clashing when he was at UGA.

If things can stay smooth at UT, I think he can be a really good coach. He is a very good recruiter and talent evaluator. He definitely has a strong personality, though, and if assistants can live with that, then it will be great. if not, it can be a rough ride.
