I think there were dalliances with Washington and Michigan, off the top of my head. Pinkel wasn't frivolous with it, but he did appear to entertain offers. (though it was apparent that he wasn't likely to leave. he preferred to continue building structure, not start over just to get some more money.)
Bo's buyout is low. Many would pay the $2m, sign him to $2-8-3.0 per year for 7, and feel better about it than taking a chance on someone untested or paying up for someone who costs so much that there is no room for error (think kansas)
So we will have to up his buyout, and his annual pay, at least to the point that Bo would rather stay here than start over again. I'd guess that means getting at least a $6m buyout and $2.7m per year. Enough that he's no longer low-hanging fruit on the market.

While Wiki isn't always accurate, it lists BO's pay at 2.97M
