re: What are some nice towns in the south that you would like to move to?

I've said for a long time that if I ever moved back to the South, Cleveland/Athens/Maryville TN corridor would be my first pick. I wouldn't rule out NW Arkansas or North Georgia though, but TN having no state income tax is a big draw.
