Everyone has to get theirs.

I know it isn't close to the same as college sports, but if a competitor came to you with a highly lucrative offer that you know your current role couldn't match, would you take it? Knowing that if you left, you'd essentially be fricking your old team over because they wouldn't have anyone to fill that spot for a bit?
