the establishment clause of the first amendment was meant to protect religion from govt, not the other way around. In general...

In specific, I doubt there's any danger of King Henry the 8th or his daughter Bloody Mary forcing Auburn to be Anglican, and then forcing them to be Catholic again, and then having people burned at the stake.
