Bama fan here and And I can tell you it is no one's business in Wisc how AU nor their football players and coaches choose to express faith. Mind your own affairs.

How ever being a friend of Pat Dye's I can tell you this. A big part of the religious atmosphere and activity around the AU football program has to do with recruiting. Simply because black people in the south, especially black women who control most of the families are extremely religious. And they want to send their son to play football to a place where religion comes first. And the coaches and admins at AU understand that perhaps better than any other D1 football school.
