When we played Florida, Devin White ran towards the tight end erect. Because lowering his head would have been targeting,the tight end lowered his head and knocked the crap out of him. After that play, I don't blame White for keeping his head kind of low. That rule has just made the game worst. I thought, after seeing that play, offensive players should be called for targeting too.
