Has nothing to do with it. Wilson hit a defenseless player in the head/neck area (breaking his collarbone), White did not. I guess your now saying "hands to the chestplate" is targeting? Again, if White's hit was targeting (as you gumps insist), then the Wilson hit was DEFINITELY targeting. You cannot have it both ways without looking absolutely retarded, as you are looking.
